Guess I need to dust this page off and get in the habit of updating it more regularly. To get things started, here's a random thought I had at work today.

It's so fun calling people when I'm tracking down network incidents...
"This is Bryan Zimmer from the Information Systems Security group and I have a few questions regarding a possible security incident. Were you logged in to system $foo at time $bar?"

"Uhhh, well... I... ummm, yeah.. did I do something wrong?"

They squirm for the first few seconds until I allay their fears that we don't suspect they did anything wrong, we're just trying to figure out what's going on. MUAhAhaHAhAHaAhAHaaa...
